AMCA doesn't recognize my member number???

Hello everyone...I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I'm having difficulty changing my password. I have all access to AMCA when using my phone. However, when using regular laptop computer and trying to log on, I can't remember my password. When prompted to provide my Member Number, the screen says that my Member Number does not exist...
Any thoughts?

Go to...HELP... listed above & right next to Log In on the Main Forum page. Then punch in 'Password', in the Search box. Follow the slurry of hints, it should help You out WmC1911?
