    Mirror question

I have a 1972 Honda CL450K5 Scrambler. It is all original and in nearly new condition. I was thinking of entering my first judging at Eustis, FL.
My question is about mirrors. When I bought the bike, it had no control mounted mirrors. There were holes there for them, but none intalled. The previous owner added a small underbar mirror on the left side.
I have aquired a factory sales brochure for my bike, and all the pictures in the brochure show the bike with no mirrors.
I visited the Honda dealer, and they showed a part number for mirrors, but they are no longer available.
I have added some modern aftermarket mirrors for safety sake.
Would you submit it for judging with no mirrors, or with the aftermarket mirrors in place?

    Here is the bike

and here is a brochure for that year.

I would leave the mirrors off for judging

Despite if they are pictured on the advertising, it all depends if they are considered standard equipment, or an accessory.

Since by the early '70s virtually all states required rear view mirrors i doubt any bikes were sold without them.
jeveretts, PM me , I may have a couple around here!
