    Jade/ 46 Chief

    Hi, "Du Pont rule" previous paint options 5yr back ?
    If so, Jade color not ok for a 46 chief as was 1940 listed color take it war years count on this.

      I believe the current thinking is paint must be listed for that year. Not before or after.

          the simple answer is Chris is right, BUT if the factory listed that you could order a color from a previous year or as in Indian DuPont years "any DuPont Color" then that would be acceptable. it is not + years, in other words you could not order a 54 color on a 48 bike so we would not accept that
