I did 30 years at Jeep, and we had one saying: BFFAI. Brut F---ing Force and Ignorance. And we're still #1. At least in my humble opinion. Fridays were a real"variation" day. Hmmm....... When things didn't go right, management would go run and hide, and we would make it work, even if it wasn't exactly right. And I'll bet Harley, or Indian, or Norton, etc. did the same thing. The big shots milking the plants for all they could get, making us use worn out machines, and tooling. I could go on about that!
