If I remember correct your bike had to be in place by 11:00 or so and they took the next couple hours to judge them all. Lots of people watching and involved.
All morning there was field games and of course swap meet stuff.
Then the dinner banquet with speaker and awards was about 6:00. It was a perfect day and all timed out just right.
When the bikes were judged on Sunday the year before it was like a ghost town except for the bike owners.
