Hi, My Question is...When a sidecar is attached is the sidecar then judged with the M/C? Reason for asking is the Tub I put on is well made aftermarket and the M/C is a Junior first unrestored original 58 FLH with some corrections done. I may have to start to restore the M/C as I've never done one yet and the combination of old and shiny don't go well with me. Thank you, Merlin

Magic
the sidecar is considered an accessory and as such is not judged with the bike. the exception is IF it detracts the overall look of the bike. we have had both "restored bikes w/ original sidecar" and
" original bikes w /restored sidecar", in both cases the sidecar was of the same vintage as the bike and points were NOT taken off. I agree it looks nice to have both the same, BUT if the one or the other was a good example of an original piece it would be a shame to ruin it.
