Does anyone have a good method for flushing tanks before using a sealer? I've used Tide laundry detergent and followed with MEK in the past. I don't have a rust problem but I do have a weeping leak that tank sealer should fix. I'm always open to a better idea.

Look in your Yellow Pages under Radiators. Find the shop that has the RENU logo in their ad. This is the best seal and protection you can give your tank. I UPS my tanks to Mattson's radiator in Stanton, CA. They do lots of bikes and vintage cars and treat parts with care.
