Thanks for the info. I'll check back with Steve Johnston. He mentioned this place to me when talking to him about rejuvenating the factory Hi Fi paint I mention in another thread on this forum.
Steve said there was a PPG place right near the HD plant in York that did a lot of work for the museum. Guy named Dennis there might be able to tell me what cutter/solvent was used in the original baking enamels.
