I have decided to bob my 47EL dresser. I have gathered up all new repop tins and am looking around for a paint scheme that will be period correct for late 40's early 50's. I dont really want to do the scallop thing that you always see, flames, nah, all that has been done to the nth degree. Any ideas or period pix would be appreciated
