Create Paint Color

Hi Guys, i need you support to completed my Knucklehead restoration.
i am looking to buy in Europe the Skyway Blue color for my 1947 knuck, but is impossible to find.
we have the possibility to reproduce, but we need a model or example in a 3 x 3 inches sheet metal.

Can any of you help me?
or can you indicate me any person or paint shop, who can I ask?

I have found the PPG Color combination (like in picture) but is noto possible to order this in Europe.

I can send you a quart of paint in Skyway Blue but, it will be base coat or a formula. Let me know what you desire.
