Paint schemes for 1967 HD

I'm painting a 1967 FLH HD. I need to know the dimensions of the white on the side of gas tanks. How wide? Also the dimension of the pin strip on gas tank. I also plan on painting it blue, but I don't know the paint name or # code. Also the white on the tank I don't know the paint name or code.

67 had two blue colors, Chrystal Blue was the standard color, and Hi-Fi Blue was an optional, extra cost color. Hi-Fi Blue was what car guys called a candy color, the color applied over a silver base. The white color was Birch White.
