1964 Harley Fiesta Red vs. Pepper Red?

Hi, I have heard that the Fiesta Red used by Harley in 1964 is the same as the Pepper Red used in the mid 1950's. Can anyone confirm or deny that? Also, does anyone have a paint code for either? I would prefer not to use John Pierce's paint on this project.
