    402E5786-31A5-4B5A-A3C9-9E13E630E52F.jpg this is what i’m Starting with, wrong top end,cam cover,trans,oil tank, amazing what some people do. Thanks to good friend that goes to 4,5 or 6 amca meets a year I have many proper 69 SHOVELHEAD parts to get started

      Before you go any farther: are you certain the VIN is real? The year stamps used in 1969 are a very unusual item.

        It had an elaborate mess of copper tubing to oil the top. No matter,i have complete shovel top for it.and to answer kitabel, numbers look good
