It's nothing too exciting, I could have bought this fuel line but where's the fun in that. I'll spare you all the cutting and bending stuff and just show the finish product.

Cant help with headlight,I have everything but a good reflector but no spares.
Are those Greers exhaust and rear guard?

Thanks and post some pics of your 38. I would love to see them. And yes the exhaust and rear chain guard are from Greer. The exhaust fit perfectly. The chain guard you have to locate on bike and the drill the holes for the mounting tabs. It took a little work to get everything aligned with proper clearances for chain, kicker & exhaust but it finally worked out.

The 1938 only gauges and ignition switch are beautiful; again this is a very nice, correct restoration and a pleasure to see come together.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. My happiest moments are when I'm "tinkering" out in the shop.

I didn't take any pictures but I am particularly proud of the transmission shifter lever. It originally had a piece of pipe welded to it for a jockey shift. I was able to mill that thing off of it and build it up with a 55 nickel/stainless rod and reshape the profile and redrill the holes.

A couple of pics of trimming out the Chief.

Got the chain guard & belt guard fitted on there. Trans linkage & oil lines installed. We should be running by spring time.
