Identify This Shifter Lever Assembly

I don't recognize this transmission shifter lever assembly. Was told it was for a 45 but it looks nothing like the ones I am used to seeing. Note the offset rod hole. Paps

It appears to be 2242-26, the gear shift lever for 1926-1930 45s.

Thank you for the suggestion but alas...the 2242-26 shifter lever has much more of an offset to it than this one has. Paps
