65 Pan Tranny Mounting Plate Orientation

Unfortunately, I did not disassemble this, so I have a question.
Can anyone tell me if this picture shows the correct orientation of the tranny mounting plate? I assume that the clamp is for the rear chain oiler tube, and it goes on top.
