45" trans left side countershaft bushing

36035-26 made by Eastern,#A-36035-26 & sold by VTwin #10-2547.The bronze sticks out about .020" further than OEM bushings. The trans I am doing did not work with this issue, binding the starter gear ramps.Works fine with an OEM bushing.I will cut .020 off this one.Left is Eastern, right is OEM....OEM has about 3/8" to edge of tripper bolts as shown in 2nd picIMG_0612.JPGIMG_0604.JPG

Actually I noticed the thicker bronze face before I installed it.I have OEM parts to compare.

The flange looks thinner as well, I think that needs to be factored into the overall height before machining. Good luck.

          That is a photo thing,closer & further.
The flange is .003" thinner on the new one.Bronze is about .084 on the original & .104 on the repro,.003" thinner won't be a problem
