Xa Front Fender

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THERE IS A DIFERENCE IN FRONT FENDERS FOR A XA SPRINGER? THE FORKS ARE ABOUT 2 INCHES LONGER BUT I CANNOT V FIND ANY INFO ABOUT THE FENDER.

Hi. The front fender on the Harley-Davidson XA is the same as the WLA except it is about two inches shorter (cut across the back where the mud flap goes) than the WLA.

However, there were at least two XA fenders as well. The one described above was for the spoke wheeled models. There was also another that was more flat and I believe was used with the solid wheel version of the XA.

They actually used 2 c-shaped brackets to attach them to the mounting tabs on the rear leg of the springer.
