This engine removal method reduces effort

I wanted to share a video made by VirtualIndian Yahoo Group member E. Dan Conlan. I like to see all different ways that people approach project steps. This looks like a less effort and safe process for engine removal.

Thanks for posting that Mike, I could not get Mr. Conlans' google drive link to work for me this morning from the Virtual Indian Yahoo group. I appreciate the repost here with the active working link.

That's inspiring. I like his barn-door rail trolley to carry the engine over to an engine stand mounted on the bench. A couple of parts from Tractor Supply Company up the road... And I like his lean-over prop. Very helpful for those of us who don't hug engines anymore!

very cool, I just put in my 1st Chief engine. This method looks far better to me and I will have to have mine back in and out several times. I appreciate the tip, thanks for sharing

Good eyes--that is one of my favorite posters as well.
For those of you that don't get it--there is a poster in the background of a shapely female bending over for a beer, with the quote "why guys put beer on the bottom shelf"!!
