      Roger!

For the last couple of decades I have used an isocyanate urethane industrial coating, but since it isn't commonly available, I suggest "Pliobond" adhesive, or JBWeld.

      Meanwhile Folks,..

Since the last postings, I have been compelled to produce throttle and chokeshafts for Marvel AC, Linkert M841L&R, 1940 DLX Scheblers and of course, the inscrutable HX Scheblers.

Hate to bump this thread Folks,

But I must, for the good of the 'hobby'.

Sadly, 'common' Linkert offerings on the market are getting worse and worse.
Even my trusted source for shafts has such wide slots for the discs that the shafts bind in the bushings when tightened upon the discs. (And I thought that was just an Eastern MC parts problem.)
The first batch of floatlevers from my California source were great!. Second batch, not.

Savvy customers will pay the premium for decent hardware. And it would still be cheaper than if I must commission quality,.. from Mark or anybody.
Is it because the market is flooded with crap, that no nobody steps up to the plate?
