As I asked before: How much is such a repair worth?

(Excluding R&D, tooling time, and sausage of course.)

It is always a constant battle to keep costs down, but Schebler Wars are beating me to death.

How much time do you have into repairing the bleed holes and slot?
How did you end up cutting the slot?

I have far more time in it than I could ever charge for...

(My eye loupe kept fogging up.)

And as I mentioned previously, carving a saw from a feeler gauge was the closest means at hand.
If it hadn't been previously machined somehow, it would have been nearly impossible.

This ain't the only carburetor enigma, Folks.
