45 shift fork shaft

Does anyone have a 41-up shift fork shaft handy to measure? I got the rest figured out but the fork shaft that came with the transmission parts is too short for the case. It measures 4.735" overall.

it's just over 5" the one you have is '38-'40

Thanks, that is good to know. Since the case has been welded on I was concerned it had been altered.
