  • Horn wire routing on a '55

Anybody have any clear pics of the correct wire routing for a Jubilee (sp?) horn on a '55 FLH? I am interested in finding out the correct, exact point it enters the horn and what position the wire entry slot in the cover should be for this year bike.

    Wayne,
That is something hard to see in a photo.
In this one you can see the wire coming over the top of the intake manifold to the horn.

And in this one you can see the wiring entering the cover at the 11 O clock position.

Thank you, Chris. You are a great help.
I see the issue. When they said "horn mounted incorrectly", it wasn't the wire or wire entry location into the horn cover. It is that I have both of the spring steel mounting plates to the outside of the horn bracket instead of split up with one to the outside and one to the inside.
Another 1/4 point gain! yeee hawwwww!
      Thanks again.
