Generator Field Coil Tool

Bruce Palmer's book refers to plans for a tool to assist in installing field coils in Harley/Delco generators but the plans were not included when the book was printed. Does anyone have the information to build such a tool?

we use a large tailpipe expander to push the coils and shoes in tight while you tighten the screws. you can get one at any auto parts store or harbor frieght. I don't remember wich size it is as I have a set of them it's always the one that fits.
