Need switch ID and placement help 199 HD police servi car

I recently purchased a 1966 police servi and though running, wiring is in need of replacement and looks to have been recently rigged in places.. I'm starting to rip it down and am looking for pictures that will identify switch placement . The starter button is currently on side by starter , I think it belongs on the handlebar, and there are a lot of switches that aren't operatable on my handlebars that I have no idea what they are. The siren is a pull switch located lower front box. Im also trying to figure out what the two lights are on dash, there is a green one and the other is just a hole. I'd like to bring it back to period correct , am clueless and there isnt much out there to pull from.Any help would be much appreciated.

That handlebar switch is stock and was sourced from H-D's Italian connections at the time. The starter switch should be on the right side handlebar. The entire wiring diagram and other info is in the Owners Manual, copies show up on eBay regularly. There is at least one on there now.
Ignition switch and dash wiring is the same as Big Twins.

As usual, good information from Robbie. That Rider's handbook is a wealth of information; wiring diagram, control layout pictures, specifications, etc. The Italian switch is a combination dimmer switch and horn button. It's missing the chrome cover. The other switch pictured is for turn signals. The green light on the dash is for the charging indicator. There should be a red one in that empty hole for the oil pressure indicator. Not sure what's going on about the siren. Most sirens were mounted on the front fender operating by a cable on the handlebars.
When you get the wiring diagram you can check out the wiring to see what might still be correct. You might consider getting a factory shop manual and a parts book that cover your 1966 Servi-Car. Wiring can sometimes be mind boggeling but not impossible. Be patient and good luck

Robbie, good find on the rider's handbook. The picture on the cover is from the 1964 Servi-car handbook It has been altered by adding the alternator and removing the frame mounted horn. It was a common thing for Harley to modify earlier pictures to suit later pictures. I'm sure you know there are mistakes and typos in Harley literature. For example, in the 1959 to 1969 Servi-car shop manual in the key to the 1966 wiring diagram they spelled horn hore, Funny. I hope the rest of the ebay handbook pertains to 1966.
The 1961 to 1971 parts book lists the Italian switch for 1964 and 1965 and 1966 going back to the earlier dimmer switch and horn button. The 1964 rider's handbook has a good picture of the Italian switch mounted on the top of the right handlebar with the starter button underneath.
