The number 1 wire terminal is the 12V hot feed. Number 2 terminal goes to the S terminal on the starter solenoid and the number 3 terminal goes to the starter button if I remember this correctly. There is a service bulletin somewhere on the site showing the wire diagram.Craig (Delaware)
