Model 52 Generators

I'm trying to find out which model 52 generator is correct for a 1954 FL. It is my understanding that there is one with the brass tag labeled model 52 and one that has model 52 stamped directly in the case. Also I'm looking for a source that rebuilds and sells these generators. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the info, I also found a little info confirming there are two different 52 models in the post 32e 52 Geneators. I'm still trying to find out if there is any information regarding when the change from the brass plate to the stamped body took place and whether it will matter which one I use in my 54 Restoration.
