51 servi police spotlight wiring and battery negative. I need help

Im new at this so please excuse me if questions are really simple? First question is where does negative/ground from battery connect to on frame? Is there a cerain location? Second is I have the toggle switch pot/pursuit lights which have one black wire coming from each lamp. Trying to understand where these attach to terminal and are these power or ground? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bob

The frame should have a welded on tab on the frame on the right side towards the front near the seat post casting. The ground goes there. The single wires on the pursuit lamps is power in, they ground through the body.
