Neracar Magneto to Whom ???

I am having trouble with spark on my Neracar magneto. I was going to send out for rebuild unless I get lucky working on it myself. Recall the magneto is circular and double as the drive wheel.
Any recommendations who can work on it ??

Check with Mark at Marks's Magnetos in CT. He may do work on flywheel magnetos.

Thanks for the lead but after sending pictures, Mark said he could not rewind that type of windings. I am hoping he can look over anyway to help me figure out what is wrong - awaiting an answer.
