Does anyone know what bolts here?, 20160702_133943.jpgto The small bolt with the nut , Is it a wire ground ? Located behind the rear head where the frame backbone meets the seat post above coil and tank shift rod lever .1934 vld thank you. I know bad photo might need to be rotated right , new to this stuff.
