47 Indian ignition switch problem:

Hi, I installed a new switch as follows. from the top mounting post going right of it above the I was placed the jumper wire, ammeter gen. wire. skipping post under the letter L. Post by the letter P the coil wire. from the lower mounting post to the left of it I placed the speedo light, head light,and fender light wire. to the left next over I placed the tail light. to the left of that I placed the jumper and horn wire. The only thing that will work is the tail light and break light. Were did I go wrong? I have run a hot wire to the lights and front fender light and they work. the horn doesn't. what am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help.
