I am re-doing my 1947 knucklehead. Can someone recommend a source for an original type wiring harness? Also, where can I find information on the correct routing of the wires?

Several people come to mind: 45 Restoration ( has web site), Harbor Vintage ( has web site), any Tedd's V-Twin dealer, The Old Dude (has web site), AAOK (web site), 45 Parts Depot (has web site), NOS Parts (web site), WayBack Wheels, (web site).
All have restoration type wiring harnesses. I have purchased from all of them, however not wiring harnesses. For 1950 or older, all used the cloth covered wire and there are kits based on style of dash, military or not.
Best routing info is Bruce Palmer's Restoration Guide. Bruce has a chapter and photo's of the correct installation.
