Although it is not custom, I got a little punch and die set to make washers, shims and gaskets. It has a die block with a clear top block and a set of punches to match the die diameters. You can line up the shim stock or gasket and punch the center hole, them move to a larger size and cut out the OD. I have made shims for cam end play, gaskets for drip oiler window, and all sorts to take up play in fittings and so forth. They had been over $100 but I got a good condition used one for around 50 and I think ENCCO has chinese ones for around 50 or a little less on sale now.

Dan, I bought one awhile back and love it. A company called "Shop-Aid" made mine. . . In America. I have seen the Chinese products but like you, I prefer to spend a few extra bucks and get American products. I have used the heck out of mine and it's still sharp and makes perfect shims and gasket holes.Eric Smith
