    Unknown Harley Factory Shop Tool

    Can anyone tell me what this and what is it used form ?? It came with some factory shop tools that I bought recently. I was told that this is for speedometers. I tried a 1950's Big Twin Speedo and it did not seem to fit anywhere. I don't have any K-Model or Sportster Speedos to check on it. ????
