the letter an numbers mean anything? or just for the lock smith too replace the keys ?? on switches an neck locks my "46"knuck "(B369) can anybody help on this one thanks the Colonel

Not sure what you are asking as you answered your own question. They are to make keys. And any competent locksmith can do it.

Im just thinking to much in it ,had a home town lock smith hook me up an after going thrue it a few times it works great thank agin the Colonel.......
