  • Its never to late!

I had an early Indian twin project some 50 years ago but had to let it go due to family priorities. Looking to obtain a pre 1920 cycle to fulfill a bucket list item. Wish me Luck !
    Cheers, Scot Taylor

I love it Scot(t). Might not be the one for you. The first opportunity seldom is. My expertise or my only knowledge are panheads. So this is way out of my purview. But, some things caught my eye. As I'm sure it did for you and others whom are more versed than I am. I did notice the oil vaporing out on the ground as it ran. Not the biggest deal possibly given the age, but I was alarmed by the fact that they let it run for however long without pumping more oil. Top end possibly deprived of our life's blood. Again, I only have a rudimentary knowledge of the very earliest of machines. I regret not being involved more with my brothers and all of you on those machines. Like you, life dragged me in different directions away from the '48 and '60 pans I have had for over 40 years. But also like you, I am back with the monumental task of making it happen again. My bucket also. Looking forward to your quest and please post as you go and with the bike you can secure and labor and love. Best of luck and Cheers Scot,
      James.
