Glad I found this group I have a 1952 Harley Servi car and need all the help I can get since all local motorcycle shops wont touch anything than 1980 or newer. In the words of all the shops I talked to they don't have time or space to work on older biked. I'm also looking for 1948 74ci like I had back when I was in high school

Welcome aboard. There are two excellent shops in S Jersey. Nick in Williamstown and M&G Cycle services in Cinnaminson. Nick will have most any part you will need and it is always a fun visit.

Nice servi. I agree that the shops of today only like the high tech stuff. What about us old timers who like the good old stuff? Local H-D shop people did not what a servicar was.

Stopped at a Chevy dealer to get a Delco condenser for my servi and the young guys there had no way of looking up a part number I gave them. Do old car people have the same problems? Amazon bailed me out again.
