New member in FL

Greetings;

Love the old bikes; most at one time was 7, but we downsized to move to Florida and I just brought 1 down here; 1953 Ariel.
I have more room in the garage and am looking to buy a 1960s BMW /2 in very good to restored condition; any model with Earles Forks; R27, R50, R60, R69.
If you have one to sell or can provide any leads, i'd appreciate it.

Welcome, Jim. I believe you will do well looking for an earlier BMW here in Florida. Empirically, I've seen quite a few here in Florida over the years. I think there could be a lot of reasons for that, or I could be full of it Regardless, the AMCA forum is a great starting place, and may be a good place to get a lead on a BMW. What part of Florida are in?

We have moved to Jacksonville, and are settled in.

I'll be checking out the events/markets during Daytona Bike Week next month;
after that, I'm planning on showing my Ariel at WGV for Riding into History,
both should be good places to meet other vintage riders.
