Yes Adirondacks are a great ride, rite in my back yard. Americade can be somewhat heavy, traffic wise....Funny thing is I enjoyed going to Rhinebeck swap meet and show more...sad to see it end last year.
But ill be visiting Trumansburg and Hebron Ct this year.I have a 4 door 71 chevelle that im planning on installing a hitch and trailer too chase parts. So ill get a feel of nostalgia all around.Would like to build something really old. Even if it takes me 5 yrs...The fun too me is looking for parts , talking too people with the same interests...brett

Nice area you live in. My wife and I rode through there some years back on our way to Nova Scotia the end of May. Still a bit chilly but warmer than home. Looped over from Rome, spent the night in a campground just north of town, Fort Ticonderoga in the morning and the ferry to Vermont.

Welcome from CT. Just in case you didn't know....the Hebron meet (Yankee chapter) moved last year to Terryville Ct. fairgrounds. Great meet, just north of Waterbury, and always the first weekend of August.
