Kiwi living in UK, new member

    Hi all,
just joined after speaking to Steve, look forward too hopefully meeting some UK members.
I have owned my 1974 Ironhead since 1999 and although she is a keeper my goal is to own a 45 or the ultimate is a VL.
    Live in Cowplain, Hampshire.
    Cheers

    Tony

Dear Tony, welcome. There are not a huge number of VLs in the UK, but many of them have been through my hands. They come up for sale occasionally. The US left a pile of WLAs in Holland, and the Canadians a lot of WLCs in England, so you'll see more of them. Watch out for some of those WL eBay specials coming out of Eastern Europe with altered engine numbers and repro frames, as you won't get UK historic plates for them.
