I couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with Frank on the rebuild of my 440 generator. Being a nervous noephyte with a four and the fact that its not just a 2-bolt exchange had me worrying. He talked me through the removal and re-installation with the utmost patience and profesionalism. Comunication thru e-mail and phone was excellent. I mean he e-mailed me within 3 hrs of getting my genny with a comprehensive list of repairs and an estimate. He had my item back to me within 14 days and it was the holidays. People could take lessons from this gentleman. It was done exactly as I wanted and worked perfectly. Thanks Frank.

He did a generator for my Chief about 10 years ago and that thing still works great. Indian Frank is one of the best craftsmen I have ever delt with.Eric Smith
