Harley Springer Headlamp Lens Retainer Spring

Does anyone know of a vendor who can supply these clips measuring .025 inches thick. I have NOS ones from a military surplus box that measure .04 inches thick and Palmer states these thicker, stronger ones may chip the lens when installing it. Various vendors I checked out are supplying the thicker ones. Thanks for any help! Part # 67733-35 (old # 4910-35)

OK, the reason I was asking about the thickness is I don't want to risk chipping a NOS lens when I will be putting together a springer headlamp assembly.
