  • Headlight ring rivets

    I wanted to rechrome a cycleray headlamp ring but can't seem to find the correct rivets. Does anyone have these? Thanks

        Yrs ago I made my own rivets on a lathe for a similar situation. Actually I turned down some bigger rivets into the size I needed.

          As Jerry said, I always make my own rivets because finding the exact rivet head shape is difficult (if not impossible) in the hardware world. Guide (CYCLERAY) probably spec'd those rivets for that specific application.

                  Laft is a 1952-1959 lense kit, right is WLA. The rivets are set a bit different than your original & painted-chromed over the rivets. The later kit is probably the same as the link above. I remember buying the WLA rings 10 for $20 at Davenport !
