I recently started my own machine shop in Schenectady, NY to make hard to find, custom one-off and production parts for vintage motorcycles. I've been a vintage dirt track racer for about 15 years now and really enjoy meeting and riding with all the great people that are attracted to the sport.
I've attached a photo of my line card detailing the services and equipment I have in-house. There are also some pictures of past work.
I'm still developing my own product line, but currently I have a top clamp for traditional Harley springers that allow the use of narrow clamp width 7/8" or 1" handlebars. It is most popular among Harley 45" riders. I also do axles and adjuster blocks to run quick change wheels on the 45". I'm working on some engine components as well, so if anyone is looking for something, please reach out!
I can take a napkin sketch and bring it to reality with modern CAD software and CNC machining capabilities. Let's talk!
