I attempted to place an order with them but signing into their website was no easy task as a returning customer. My wife who writes computer software, told me they have a software problem that had not been addressed. After numerous attempts I was able to finally sign in and place the order. So far no issue. After a few days I wrote an email asking the status of my my order. No response. As I scrolled through their site near the bottom it stated that they do not have a phone number but if you leave your number in an email they will call back. So I emailed with my number - no response. A few days later I emailed again asking to add a part to my order - nothing. Still no update on shipping. After almost 2 weeks of silence the package shows up. Don't get me wrong. I'm happy with the products and price back lack of communication or the ability to talk with someone is unacceptable. They had a phone number at one time in the past because I recall talking with someone and that was helpful. I was unable to add that additional part so I ended up buying is elsewhere and paying shipping again on a small part.

I really won't do business without a phone number, call me what you will but an email really does not get the job done most of the time. I don't want to exchange 5 or 10 emails over the course of days when I have a real problem with something. I am not a doctor, I don't have any patience...........................#7558 Take me on and you take on the whole trailer park!

This isn't anything new; making contact with them back in 2014 wasn't timely, but they did send me the cut out i ordered from them.Steve Swan
