  • Tom's NOS Parts??

Anyone know what is up with Tom's?? I placed an order Oct 1 and received part of it but he does not respond to multiple attempts to contact about the last of it that was supposed to be 1 week out back order. Not a lot of $ involved but I need the bracket.

I placed a small order, 1/2 dozen parts or so late in October, received everything within a few days. No issues, great service.

Tom is always great with me as he has been for years. Maybe a slip up or maybe illness, maybe web glitch ? Give him time. Tom is one of the most honest people I know.

Fully agree, plus I ordered some items from him on Wednesday, went back and forth with a few emails and good to go, packaged shipped on Thursday and will be here tomorrow. Excellent service as always.

Are you contacting him via email? This is the email address that has always worked for me: info@tomsnosparts.com

hack, i don't think you have anything to apologize for. i interpreted your query as objective statements of your experience and asking for fellow member's thoughts/experience. otherwise, i wold echo the comments prior posted. once in a while there's been a slight bit of a gap in communication, but Tom always comes through in flying colors and on at least one occasion when i asked Tom if i cold place an order not meeting his minimum, he was happy to help me out. i think his minimum is there so people take the time to make an inventory of what they need to prevent him (Tom) being peppered with an order for a nut here and a washer there.
