i pay a linkert with paypal about 14 days no answer and no text.

I've had a bad experience with him.

Purchased a part which turned up broken, no answer from him after several messages so I got it fixed (month later). I then publicly shamed him on Instgram and he responded saying you can send it back for a refund. I said I'm not sending it back now its fixed, he said well I didn't ask you to fix it. I said if you'd answered any of my messages before I now I would have sent it back. I tried to compromise and say how about we split the repair bill and he said no. Its send it back for a refund or nothing.
