I gotta keep the lights on, Steve!

There's always the dumpster for food, but now I need to start cashing in some toys.

Although I would rather move the motor and chassis parts inventory first.

Instead of retirement, I shall be forced to learn a new job: Ebay.

      Tom,

Are you just gonna down size, move outta the building or sell everything?

Sorry to hear this but I understand!

Moving is not an option, Steve!

'Down-sizing" implies some sort of plan.
Illinois flushed my business plan of four decades.

Everything's got to be sold sometime, and I don't want my family to be burdened.

But fear not, I shall be here to annoy Folks in the meantime.

I can hardly get myself into the dumpster anymore, Steve!

Sundays should be swapmeet day, the more the merrier.

Please feel free to email me direct at liberty@npoint.net

            Thanks for everyone's indulgence,

                But that's far from reality this minute, Folks;
Even if I locked the doors immediately and started liquidating online, that wouldn't be 'retirement'.

                That would be another career.

                  Folks,..

I cannot entertain any more carbs on my benches for the foreseeable future, even from established accounts.

December 11 will be Liberty's 40th anniversary, and it would be the last if I knew how to close.

Everything's for sale, but you must walk in my door.

Thanks for everyone's support all of these years,

Sure wish I would have known you sooner Cotton and had you work your magic on some of my old carbs.

I wish you the best with the sale and retirement!

Tom, my very best to you. You have been and are an invaluable help to many of us old motorcycle guys. i don't know who i could have turned to to get my pair of DLX38's rebuilt. You are responsible for the great memories i have of getting both my '27's down the road.

My business still has a heatbeat, Folks,..

                            Inspite of the times.
The "times are a'changin', but not blowing up.

PEEK seal service can continue, and the availability of the exclusive float material has revived, but at twice the price.
Liberty must now charge $45 for Linkert replacements, and $55 for Schebler varieties.

For unknown reasons, emails from Europe (perhaps elsewhere) cannot reach my primary email address: liberty@npoint.net. Nor can they be 'delivered' out!
Folks can always reach me at my alternate addresses: Libertynightshift@gmail.com, or @yahoo.com, etc.

Thanks again for this valuable forum,
                            See ya at D-port!

                              Cotton,

It's nice to hear that your business still has a heartbeat! I'll be tearing down my 42' flathead soon and will need some Linkert magic.

                                I wasn't kidding, Folks!

Due to inflating raw material costs, a pair of fitted PEEK seals is now $70.
(Linkert replacement floats are $45, Schebler and Marvels are $55.)

For all this doom and gloom, a re-launch is not impossible....
