Dropped part off Dec. for nickel plate , was told I will call you in a week, it is now March 5th went there to check on part it was still on his desk untouched. not exactly what I would call customer service.
needless to say I will go else ware and not recommend.

Ken,
Glad your part was still there! I have experienced (since the '08 recession) more vendors who could careless about providing timely (meeting a promised date), quality/customer service. Not saying all do; but, it seems a general trend. Appears no one takes responsibility for their actions any more! Sad!
If you find a reputable vendor, please share details.
