Rebuild on a 51 Pan. Sent it to Hunt for rebuild. Got it back A few spins on the bench to double check before install. All good
Install it in bike and there is no spark to plugs. Checked everything over looks good But when I check kill switch stud there is continuity to engine case. So like the kill switch is
on. This does'nt seem right. Pulling what little hair I have left! Thanks in advance

You are correct, this is not right. Lift the wire from the ground stud. With an ohm meter grounded to the engine case first check the wire, it should be grounded. Then check the switch ground stud wire lifted and switch in on position it should not be grounded. Lift the other wire from the stud and check the switch for continuity. One lead on hot side one lead on grounded side. You should read continuity with the kill switch on and infinity or no continuity with the switch off. If it reads continuity both ways switch is bad. With both wires lifted check the hot wire also it should not be grounded. If it is you have a grounded hot wire.
